Mission Statement

The SOAR Academy is grounded in innovation, inclusivity, and strong community partnerships. Through structured classroom instruction and meaningful community-based experiences, students strengthen their academic knowledge, enhance social-emotional competencies, improve self-regulation skills, and cultivate a growth mindset.

Instruction and learning experiences are intentionally designed to address the unique strengths and needs of each student, helping to close achievement gaps and remove barriers to success. By integrating experiential learning, collaborative projects, and critical-thinking opportunities, we foster responsibility, accountability, and the development of engaged citizens.

Upon successful completion of the individual student plan, students are equipped with the tools, strategies, and confidence needed to successfully navigate academic settings and everyday challenges.

Academy Structure

Daily Schedule
Students receive focused and targeted academic and behavioral support daily from 8:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Transportation
Transportation is provided daily to ensure consistent attendance and equitable access to the program.

Specialized Support Staff
Our multidisciplinary team includes General Education Teachers, Education Specialists, Therapists, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and Instructional Assistants.
